TRAINING SCHEDULE
 
As a community-driven triathlon club, many of our workouts are organized by club members, or run by other like-minded fitness groups. Please check our Calendar below to see what's scheduled for the week. Many workouts are drop-in, however you must sign up for our Sunday evening or Monday morning swim sessions, which run Sept through to June. Everyone must also be a valid member of TriBC to participate in any club workout activity. You can also check out our facebook page and find someone to train with!
